Currently we offer 3 training packages, all with a different goals in mind. Our training programs focus on building  your strength and athleticism through programing and coaching. The goal is to get you prepared for a long but fulfilling journey that will help you grow your strength and mentality.

 

The Ontario package is a beginning 4 week strength program that introduces you to the gym. The Erie package is an 8 week strength program that increases the duration from the Ontario package. Finally the Huron package is a coaching program written by our trainers based on your goals and abilities. The Huron program is if you want to push yourself to better yourself in your sport, life or any other activities. This is where Big Lake Barbell will push you to reach your personal goals.
